SHIPPING POLICY

All local orders must be picked up at our SE Portland warehouse location, or delivered in the Portland metro area, at a $50 per order charge. Our Powell Accent chairs can be delivered via UPS in over-sized boxes at a flat fee of $150. Love seats, couches and sofas are shipped via white-glove freight. We strive to provide our customers superior pricing options for delivery, and negotiate each delivery to find the most cost effective service. Deliveries on the West Coast range from $200 to $600, with deliveries in the central and eastern US ranging from $400 to $800. Feel free to inquire prior to ordering to confirm shipping costs.  

RETURN POLICY

There's a 30 day return policy on all the PDX Originals. The cost of all returns are bore by the customer. The PDX Original sofa sets must be returned in the exact condition they were received, with no signs of wear for the PDX Leather editions, and no additional signs of wear on the PDX Patina. Each shipment will be thoroughly inspected and documented during shipment for both parties' protection. 

Vintage Furniture Return Policy: All of our vintage furniture pieces are purchased as is, and all sales are final. 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal shipped to verified addresses. Full payment is required at purchase, with some exceptions for custom couches. 

WARRANTY

We guarantee the integrity of our pieces. While these feature many of the original parts, they're modular and easy to adjust. We will provide additional hardware when needed, and can be consulted for different ways to adjust and customize the pieces.
